I bought this and the knife that goes with it as a gift for my girlfriend when she was still in high school. He had the knife for over 2 years and the blades, very, very boring. Then one day last week to the charger case began sparks and smells of smoke, so we just have to replace both. This cradle, however, works like a charm. It 'nice to be able to razor Super Clean when he wants, and I like how close the shave when using it. But IThink shaving habits can do something with the longevity of the product to have – maybe he shaves only once or twice a week. A good article overall.
